Our real estate developer in Torrevieja was born as a company in 2011 by the hand of Vicente Barberá and Carmelo Murcia, who have more than 30 years of special dedication to the construction and housing development sector. Both made a merger and exchange of knowledge of an individual dream so that the development of this small company was fruitful and little by little to gain positions in the area in which they were located: the incomparable Costa Blanca. The growing demand for homes on the Spanish coast and the success that the developer was reaping led us to inaugurate buildings and promotions and with it, the expansion of new offices and apartments. Currently, we build more than 25 developments in privileged areas of the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida, such as La Manga del Mar Menor, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja, San Miguel de Salinas, Torre de la Horadada, Rojales, Lorca, Castalla or Guardamar.
